Terms
Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your enrolment in a TCR programme and your use of tcredu.com. Written to be read once, not to trap you in fine print.
Who these terms bind
“TCR” or “we” means The Court Room, operating from 2nd Floor, D-223/1, Street No. 5, Laxmi Nagar, New Delhi 110092.
“You” means the student (or the parent enrolling on behalf of a minor). By enrolling in a programme or ticking the acceptance box at checkout, you accept these terms.
Enrolment and eligibility
- Enrolment is confirmed only after the full amount (or first EMI instalment) is received.
- Batches are subject to availability and can be closed once seats fill.
- TCR reserves the right to refuse enrolment where it's not a fit for the student's stage.
- Materials, question banks, and recordings are for the enrolled student only — non-transferable and non-shareable.
Fees and payments
All fees are shown in INR and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Razorpay. The authoritative payable amount is computed on our server at the moment of checkout — the amount displayed to you at checkout is the final amount.
EMI, cardless-EMI and pay-later options (where available) are provided by Razorpay's partner banks and NBFCs on their own terms. TCR is not a lender.
What TCR delivers
- Classroom / online / hybrid teaching as per the programme selected
- Access to study material, question banks, and mock tests appropriate to the programme
- Mentor sessions and 1:1 mock analysis as specified in the programme description
- Doubt resolution via WhatsApp / class channels during the programme duration
We do not guarantee any specific rank, admission, or examination outcome. Coaching improves the probability of a good result — it does not replace the student's work.
Student conduct
- Attend classes as scheduled and complete assigned work
- Do not share account credentials or recordings
- Treat mentors, staff, and other students with respect
Serious misconduct (harassment, cheating, sharing materials publicly) may lead to termination of enrolment without refund.
Cancellation and refunds
The full refund policy — with timelines, percentages, and how to request — lives in a dedicated page: TCR Refund Policy. It forms part of these terms by reference.
Intellectual property
All TCR materials — study notes, videos, question banks, mock papers, methodology write-ups — are the intellectual property of TCR. You get a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use them during your programme and 12 months after.
Uploading, reselling, or redistributing TCR materials is a breach of these terms and may attract civil damages and criminal action under the Copyright Act, 1957.
Limitation of liability
TCR's liability under these terms is limited to the total fees paid by the student in the previous 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — including but not limited to loss of admission opportunity, loss of career prospects, or emotional distress arising from examination outcomes.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi. Before going to court, both sides agree to first attempt resolution in writing for at least 30 days.
Changes to these terms
Material changes will be emailed to all current students at least 14 days before taking effect. Continuing to use TCR services after the effective date is deemed acceptance of the change.
