Karkarduma is where the Blue and Pink Lines cross, which makes it one of the easiest places in East Delhi to travel out of. From here Laxmi Nagar is three stops on a line you are already standing on, with no interchange at all.
It is also home to the Karkarduma Court complex, and a noticeable share of the students we meet from this area first thought about law because they grew up near working courts rather than because of a rank list.

Getting to class from Karkarduma
From Karkarduma take the Blue Line branch towards Yamuna Bank. You pass Preet Vihar and Nirman Vihar, then get off at Laxmi Nagar — three stops, no interchange. Leave by Gate No. 5 and the centre is two minutes on foot, opposite the exit. Alternatively the Pink Line southbound reaches Mayur Vihar Phase 1 for the East Delhi centre there.

Being at an interchange works in your favour
If you live near Karkarduma you can reach our Laxmi Nagar classroom directly on the Blue Line, and you can reach the Mayur Vihar classroom by taking the Pink Line south instead. Very few catchments have two viable routes to two different centres, which is useful when your school timings change between Class 11 and Class 12.
In practice most Karkarduma students pick Laxmi Nagar because it is the shorter ride. The Pink Line option matters more for families in the Krishna Nagar and Karkarduma Court pockets.
Growing up near a court is not the same as knowing the exam
Students from around the court complex often arrive with more real-world exposure to law than their peers — they have seen filings, heard arguments, sat in chambers. That is genuinely valuable later, in a way that a mock score is not.
It is also almost irrelevant to CLAT, which tests nothing about procedure or practice and everything about reading a passage you have never seen and reasoning inside its rules. We say this early to students from this catchment because the mismatch can be discouraging in the first month if nobody warns you.

Is there law coaching near Karkarduma metro station?
TCR's nearest classroom is at Laxmi Nagar, three stops down the Blue Line branch with no interchange, about eighteen minutes door to door. Karkarduma is also a Pink Line interchange, so the Mayur Vihar centre is reachable that way if it suits your timings better.
Which TCR centre should I choose from Karkarduma?
Laxmi Nagar for most students, because it is a direct three-stop ride. Consider Mayur Vihar if you are closer to the Pink Line corridor or if its batch timings fit your school schedule better. Both run the same curriculum with the same faculty roster.
Does knowing about courts help in CLAT?
Barely. CLAT tests comprehension and reasoning within passages supplied in the paper, not knowledge of procedure or practice. Familiarity with legal work helps your motivation and your later career, but the exam itself rewards reading speed and structured reasoning.
